Inspired by the little fishing village I live in on the Mediterranean. Les Petits Mondes is a collection of handcrafted clay scenes—each one built on local driftwood and full of character. Made individually in my studio, they’re available as framed pictures or aperture cards, and each one captures the textures, colours, and rhythm of village life in the South of France in miniature.

The Story Behind
Les Petits Mondes 'The Little Worlds'
Nestled in a medieval fishing village on the edge of a lagoon, where sun-washed houses line narrow cobbled streets, each with its own character and terracotta rooftops glowing in the Mediterranean light.
Inspired by this setting, I began sketching these unique homes and collecting materials from the shore—driftwood, oyster shells, and worn-down fishing rope. These elements became the foundation for handcrafted clay scenes that don't just depict the village but embody its texture and spirit.
What started as a hobby soon attracted interest from friends and visitors, leading to commissions for personalized pieces featuring blue shutters, winding paths, and climbing jasmine.
Today, I continue to create each piece individually from my home on the old castle wall, overlooking the water and vineyards. Each framed picture and card is a miniature world, shaped in clay and built on collected materials, capturing the essence of Mediterranean village life.
